• ½cup pumpkin
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • ½ cup Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 TBS maple or coconut sugar
  • Optional mix ins: ½ cup crushed walnuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit

Yields 10 Protein Bites

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until well combined and sticky, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.
  2. Roll into ~1 TBS balls with your hands and roll balls in optional maple or coconut sugar. Transfer balls to the freezer for a chilled treat or enjoy at room temp!
