
Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels with High Protein Ranch Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Carrot Sticks
- 1 cup of Celery sticks
- 12 Havarti Cheese Slices or, your choice of cheese.
- 12 Chicken Breast or Turkey slices (cooked)
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo sauce
- 6 Sandwich or Egg-based wraps (for more protein!)
- Chopped chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Snackable Pinwheels
- Start with spreading all of your wraps out.
- To the center of each wrap, add a 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and use the back of a spoon to spread the sauce on one side of each wrap.
- Add two slices of deli meat and two slices of cheese to each wrap.
- Top each wrap with a few celery and then again with a few carrot sticks.
- Sprinkle lightly with chopped chives.
- Roll each wrap tightly, then cut each roll horizontally to yield 3-4 pinwheels per wrap.
- Lay each pinwheel on a tray and sprinkle with chives for garnish
Protein Ranch Dip Hack
