Matcha Glaze:
- Start with ½ cup powdered sugar (or Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement for less sugar carbohydrates).
- Add and stir in matcha.
- Enjoy!
- Add 1-3 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon at a time and mix until you reach desired consistency.
Donut Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium size bowl, add you dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix you wet ingredients and stir until completely mixed.
- Combined your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and whisk until completely combined.
- Oil your donut pan and pour your mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on the donuts and take them out when the tops are golden brown.
- Let them fully cool until you glaze them.
- Make your glaze and dip the tops of the donuts into the bowl, then enjoy!
