Taking better care of your skin

Spring is finally here, but chances are your epidermis is still feeling the harshness of the Winter weather. Not to worry, you skin will be glowing and hydrated soon enough with a few updates to your daily routine. When coming out of your wintery hibernation and into the warmth of sunshine, you may need to adjust the daily skin care routine. Try grabbing a lightweight moisturizer that has sunscreen built right in. Not only are you saving your skin from dehydration, but also protecting those cheeks from possible UV damage. Studies show that including sunscreen or a 2-in-1 product such as moisturizer or foundation that has SPF protection into your daily routine throughout the year will help to seriously save your skin down the road. The average human body is made up of 50 to 78 percent water depending on your age and gender. Studies show that thirst, mental performance, and physical coordination starts to be affected when the body loses just 2% of its water. Isn’t that incredible?!
