3 Ways to Give Back to Your Community

Expressing gratitude comes in many shapes and forms for communities and businesses. In the last few years, a lot of companies have been practicing corporate social responsibility to express theirs. Every day, Orgain is proud to participate in its own giving back initiative by offering clean, high-quality nutritional products that better the health and lifestyles of customers.

Here are a few ways you can get involved and begin your philanthropic journey.
  • Donate your time: The gift of being present and giving others your attention is rewarding to both yourself and the ones you are helping. Try volunteering at a local homeless shelter, at a food back or at a nonprofit organization of your choice.
  • Random acts of kindness: When is the last time you let someone go ahead of you in the grocery checkout line, or offered to go on a walk with a senior neighbor? Random acts of kindness may seem small, but the simple details are what stick in people’s minds forever.
  • Help a child in need: Help out a family through this difficult time by offering to cook meals or pick up groceries. You can also compile care packages that include thoughtful notes, tea, small puzzles, healthy snacks, fluffy bed socks or photos with good memories.

No matter the expression of gratitude, working together toward a larger cause is how we bring about change. The passion of our customers is the fuel behind our mission and we are grateful to be working alongside you to create healthy, vibrant lives in the world around you.
