Twice-Grilled Guaco-cados

About this Recipe
Everything we’ve avo wanted in a guac—clean protein, good fats, flavor. So heat up your guac game with this twice-grilled recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder—Natural Unsweetened Flavor
- 4 avocados
- 1 Roma tomato
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- 1 ½ tbsp lime juice / 1 lime
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 pinch cayenne pepper—to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put halved avocados on grill until you see marks— 3-5 mins.

- Reload avocado peels with guac.
- Top with dairy-free shredded cheese.
- Regrill until cheese melts & enjoy!
