Protein Guacamole

About this Recipe
When life gives you avocados…be thankful, avocados are the best. Then, make some protein-packed guac!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder—Natural Unsweetened
- 4 avocados
- 1 Roma tomato
- ¼ cup minced red onion
- 1 ½ tbsp lime juice / 1 lime
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 pinch cayenne pepper—to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spoon out avocado and partially mash with lime juice.
- Stir in Orgain Protein powder, minced red onions, diced tomatoes, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
- Pair with fresh veggies, chips and enjoy!
