  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups thinly sliced tomatoes (from about 2–3 large tomatoes)
  • 1/2 raw cup cashews

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  3. Pulse the Orgain Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder, almonds, spinach leaves, garlic cloves, nutritional yeast and a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor until combined, about 8-10 times.
  4. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the pesto comes together.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread the pesto over the pizza crust and layer with thinly sliced tomatoes.
  7. Wipe out the food processor and pulse the cashews, almonds, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and salt until very fine and combined, should be the texture of parmesan cheese.
