Vegan Baked Protein Donuts

Donut worry! These are packed with clean protein and topped with goodness. We like to call them pronuts! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅ Comment below your fave donut toppings!



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a donut pan with oil and set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, protein powder and raw sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Combine milk, vanilla, oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  4. Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix until smooth.
  5. Place batter in a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the tip cut and pipe into prepared donut pan. Do not overfill- donuts will rise!
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
  7. To make the icing- simply whisk the peanut butter and melted coconut oil with the protein powder.
  8. Put in a shallow dish and dunk tops of cooled donuts into icing.
