Anti Inflammation Smoothie Recipe

Serves: Serves 1


  • 2 handfuls of your favorite greens (we love a mix of kale and romaine lettuce)
  • 1/2 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and chopped into large a large dice
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Small knob of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scoop Orgain Original Superfoods Powder
  • 1 cup of water


Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until mixture is smooth and velvety. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
