  • 1/2 can of coconut cream or coconut milk 
  • 1 15oz can of plain pumpkin
  • 1 level scoop Orgain Organic Protein Powder Pumpkin Spice
  • Two teaspoons of maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice 
  • Sliced apples, pears, figs (fruit of your choice)


Whip all the ingredients together in a mixer until you get a whipped cream-like texture and serve with seasonal fruit and crackers.
