Protein Pomegranate Cups

Never take your clean protein for pomegranate. Protein-packed dark chocolate with a pomegranate bling. These are made with Orgain Simple Protein Powder, Chocolate—soy, dairy and gluten-free.

Instructions

  1. Line a mini-muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  3. Mix in protein powder.
  4. Scoop 2 tsps of melted chocolate into each cup.
  5. Top with pomegranate.
  6. Swirl melted chocolate on top of seeds—optional.
  7. Store and refrigerate until chocolate sets—app. 20 mins.
