A moist and crumbly oven-baked dish, this protein peach crumble is the perfect addition to any summer breakfast or dessert entree.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced frozen peaches
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ½ cup Orgain Organic Protein™ + Oatmilk Plant Based Protein Powder – Vanilla
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the quick oats, melted butter, protein powder, sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the frozen peaches into a casserole dish and top them with the oatmeal crumble.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy for breakfast or as a dessert topped with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
