Protein Holiday Parfaits


  • 110 g rolled oats (jumbo oats)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 2 scoops Orgain Organic Iced Coffee Protein Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrupv
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups oat milk
  • 12 ounces dairy free yogurt
  • Cacao nibs, for topping
  • Fresh Raspberries, for topping


  1. Add the oats, chia seeds, espresso powder, salt, maple syrup, vanilla, protein powder and oat milk to a sealable container.
  2. Stir well to combine. Pop the lid on and place in the fridge to set overnight.
  3. Line up parfait glasses. Layer 1 tablespoon of yogurt followed by a 1/2 ounce of oat mixture. Repeat layers once more and finish with a tablespoon of yogurt.
  4. Garnish with a couple fresh raspberries and 1 teaspoon of cacao nibs.
  5. Serve immediately.
