What's better than a Cosmic Brownie? A Cosmic Brownie loaded with protein, of course.

Ingredients

    Brownie Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons ground flax seeds + 5 tablespoons water)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cosmic sprinkles (final garnish)
  • Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 1/3 cup Orgain Plant Protein Chocolate Shake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cashew butter, coconut sugar, agave, flax eggs, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir until incorporated (batter will be thick).
  4. Spread batter into parchment-lined 8”x8” baking dish. Bake for 22-28 minutes.
  5. To make the chocolate ganache frosting, combine coconut oil, cocoa powder, agave and Orgain Plant Protein Chocolate Shake and mix until you have a silky, smooth texture.
  6. Pour ganache over brownies and let set for about 30 minutes. Top with cosmic sprinkles and enjoy!
