Peanut Butter Protein Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 scoops Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder - Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips, and blend until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and spoon into a 9x9 pan. Smooth top.
- Refrigerate several hours (or freeze one hour) to achieve fudge consistency.
