Peanut Butter Protein Fudge Recipe

Instructions

  1. In food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips, and blend until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and spoon into a 9x9 pan. Smooth top.
  3. Refrigerate several hours (or freeze one hour) to achieve fudge consistency.
