Paleo No-Bake Apple Pie Bites

Imagine your own personal apple pie. That’s also paleo. And doesn’t have to be baked. Now top it with a dollop of clean, protein-packed protein whip. Sounds almost too good to be true, huh? That’s the type of clean dessert goodness we’re talking about with these Paleo No-Bake Apple Bites. Each palm-sized pie features clean protein from our Vanilla Bean-flavored, Orgain Organic Protein™ Plant Based Protein Powder.


  • 1/2 Orgain Collagen Zero Vanilla
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey (can sub with maple syrup or date syrup for vegan option)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • Crust
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (can sub other nut butter)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • Protein Whip
  • 1 scoop Orgain Organic Protein™ Plant Based Protein Powder—Vanilla
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Protein Whip

  1. Chill coconut milk overnight.
  2. Scoop thickened cream into a bowl.
  3. Whip for 30 seconds with mixer.
  4. Add protein powder and vanilla extract. Mix until incorporated.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate.

Paleo No-Bake Apple Pie Bites

  1. Chop apples into small pieces and place in small saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat with water and lemon juice. Stir frequently, until soft.
  3. Drain excess liquid and stir in Collagen Peptides.
  4. Stir in honey and cinnamon until combined.
  5. Remove from filling from heat while you make crusts.
  6. Blend all crust ingredients in food processor until chunks are gone.
  7. Press into paper muffin liners.
  8. Top crusts with filling mixture and place in freezer for 30 mins.
  9. Add protein whip in top, when ready to eat.
