Protein Butternut Squash Bisque Recipe

Serves: Serves 6



  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Dice the onion and sauté in oil on low heat until soft.
  3. Chop the squash into one-inch pieces and add to the pan.
  4. Add the apple, pear, chicken stock, protein powder and spices.
  5. Simmer until squash is soft, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. In batches, puree until mostly smooth. Return to pan.
  7. Add almond/coconut milk and heat before serving.
