Peanut Butter Protein Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp granulated Stevia
- 1/4 cup PB2
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon or an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended
- Roll dough into 12 balls and place on cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown
- Enjoy warm or store for later!
