Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 scoops Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Orgain Organic Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
Instructions
- Microwave the frozen berries for 1 minute until defrosted and jam-like.
- Spoon the mixture into circles on a non-stick surface and freeze for around 30 minutes.
- Mix together the unsweetened plain yogurt and protein powder together, adding almond milk (or milk of choice) to thin it out.
- Once the berry mixture is frozen, dip it into the yogurt coating and freeze again until set.
- Makes 6 berry bites.
