Horchata Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1 ¾ tsp cinnamon, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ scoops Orgain Vanilla Horchata Protein Powder, divided
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cashew butter, oat flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- Roll into 16 1-oz balls and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining half-scoop of protein powder and 3/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Gently roll balls in cinnamon and protein powder mixture, coating all sides.
- Keep in a sealed container with a lid and enjoy!
