Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 ¾ tsp cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ scoops Orgain Vanilla Horchata Protein Powder, divided
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Makes 16 1oz bites

Makes 16 1oz bites

  1. In a bowl, mix cashew butter, oat flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  2. Roll into 16 1-oz balls and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix remaining half-scoop of protein powder and 3/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon.
  4. Gently roll balls in cinnamon and protein powder mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Keep in a sealed container with a lid and enjoy!
