Spice things up with this delicious recipe that features our NEW Pancake & Waffle mix. Fluffy yet protein packed, organic, gluten free and plant-based by the stack.



  1. Warm a skillet over medium heat with a little bit of avocado oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Pancake & Waffle Mix, milk, egg, and spice mixture and blend with a fork until well combined.
  3. Spoon 1/4 of mixture onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2-3 minutes, flip and continue to cook until golden brown, about 2 more minutes.
  4. Repeat until all of the pancake mix has been used.
  5. While the pancakes are cooking, chop your dates and walnuts.
  6. To assemble, transfer the pancakes to a large plate or cutting board and top with dried dates and nuts.
  7. Serve immediately.
