Grilled Fruit Pazookie

Serves: Serves 8- serving size 1 sliced grilled pineapple with ¼ cup nice cream

Grilled pineapple + nice cream = the perfect summer treat. 🍍


    Nice Cream
  • 6 ounces frozen banana
  • 1/8 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cups Unsweetneed Coconut milk
  • Grilled Fruit
  • 1 pineapple
  • Non-stick cooking spray


    To make the nice cream:
  1. In a blender, combine frozen bananas, 1/8 cup frozen pineapple chunks, vanilla extract, coconut milk and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a parchment lined baking dish and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  3. To make the grilled fruit pazookie:
  4. Cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple, peel and cut it crosswise into 8 rings, about ½ inch each. Use a spoon or apple corer to carve out the center of each ring.
  5. Heat a grill to medium, and spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Grill the pineapple in a few rounds, 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  6. Let pineapple slices cool, and then top each slice with ¼ cup scoop of ‘nice cream’. Enjoy!
