Ginger Citrus Cold Brew

You'll have to try this refreshing iced cold brew that has plant protein included in our tasty iced coffee flavor. The ginger and citrus give it the zesty taste you'll want to make everyday.


    2 cups water
  • 4 oranges, zested and juiced
  • 4 lemons, zested and juiced
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 2-oz. piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (1/3 cup)
  • Ice cubes
  • ¾ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 ½ tbsps Orgain coffee protein powder
  • Orange zest twists


  1. For citrus syrup: In a large saucepan combine the water, orange zest and juice, lemon zest and juice, honey, and ginger. Bring to boil; stirring to dissolve honey.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Cover; let cool. Strain; discard solids. Transfer to a container; cover. Chill up to 2 weeks.
  4. To serve, mix protein powder and cold brew concentrate in a small bowl or pourable measuring cup.
  5. Pour 3/4 cup citrus syrup over ice cubes in a glass. Stir in coffee concentrate blend. Top with orange twist.
