Cranberry Vanilla Protein Bites

About this Recipe

  1. In a food processor, add protein powder, cashews, almonds, cranberries, coconut, dates and salt.
  2. Process to a medium consistency.
  3. Add water and vanilla extract.
  4. Process until well-mixed.
  5. Spoon into a gallon-size plastic bag. Seal.
  6. Roll mixture inside bag into a long log.
  7. Carefully remove log.
  8. Place on a cutting board.
  9. Cut into 30 pieces.
  10. Roll each piece into a ball.
  11. Serve, freeze or refrigerate leftovers.
