  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Pinch of cracked pepper
  • 1/2 skinned cucumber
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Cilantro leaves to taste
  • 1/2 scoop Orgain Collagen Peptides Powder


  1. In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients (except Orgain Collagen). Chill for 30 minutes to an hour.
  2. Right before serving, stir 1 scoop Orgain Collagen Powder into the cold soup.
