Clean On the Cob With Vegan Aioli

Clean on the cob! Make it sizzle this summer with grilled corn and avegan organic protein aioli 🌽☀️
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Natural Unsweetened
- 8 Ears of Corn on the Cob
- 3/4 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ tsp Lime zest
- 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- Prepare grill
- Peel back corn husks carefully, without breaking off, and discard the silks.
- Fold husks back into place and tie ends together with strips of outer husk or kitchen string.
- In a large bowl, cover corn with cold water and soak 10 minutes. Drain corn.
- Grill on a rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals, turning occasionally, about 12-15 minutes.
- While corn grills, make aioli. Mix vegan mayo, lime juice and zest, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and protein powder.
- Serve 1.5 tbsp of aioli over each ear of corn. Enjoy!
