Cinnamon Roll Baked Protein Oats

This cinnamon roll baked oats recipe is the ultimate morning treat but now with added plant-based protein to help fuel your day.


  • 6 ounces unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder, Vanilla
  • 4 ounces dairy-free yogurt, such as coconut 1 tablespoon cashew butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine applesauce, cinnamon, baking powder, nut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, oats and oat milk.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide into 4 ramekins.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  6. Combine the dairy free yogurt and remaining 1 tablespoon of nut butter.
  7. Transfer to a piping bag or Ziploc freezer bag and cut the tip yourself.
  8. Pipe over the oatmeal in a swirl pattern.
