Cook Time: 11

Serves: 4 servings, 4.5 cups, 1.1 liters

About this Recipe

Pack the protein in to this frozen treat. Orgain Chocolate protein powder is a great substitute for cocoa powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) non dairy creamer [or oat milk]
  • 1⁄4 cup (60ml) agave nectar
  • 1⁄2 (70g) avocado, pitted, peeled
  • 1 1⁄2 cups (50g) fresh spinach
  • 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 4 cups (520g) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  3. In about 25-35 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.

Chef Notes: Enjoy this healthier home-made ice cream that’s high in protein, cholesterol-free, and has almost an entire serving of undetectable veggies.
