About this Recipe
Pack the protein in to this frozen treat. Orgain Chocolate protein powder is a great substitute for cocoa powder.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) non dairy creamer [or oat milk]
- 1⁄4 cup (60ml) agave nectar
- 1⁄2 (70g) avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1 1⁄2 cups (50g) fresh spinach
- 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
- 4 cups (520g) ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- In about 25-35 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
Chef Notes: Enjoy this healthier home-made ice cream that’s high in protein, cholesterol-free, and has almost an entire serving of undetectable veggies.
