Chocolate Protein Pops

An apple a day is okay. An apple with 21 grams of protein is better! Follow the steps to make these dark chocolate protein apple pops. 🍫 🍎 🥥
Ingredients
- 2 red apples
- 2 green Apples
- Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- Coconut Oil
- 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Goji Berries
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Slice Apples 1/4 inch thick from the stem to the bottom.
- You will not use the end pieces, but will still get 3 good pieces from each apple.
- Stick a skewer in the bottom middle part of the apple.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler over hot water with the coconut oil.
- Add the protein powder once melted together and stir.
- Dip the apples in the chocolate and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of topping of your choice.
