An apple a day is okay. An apple with 21 grams of protein is better! Follow the steps to make these dark chocolate protein apple pops. 🍫 🍎 🥥


  • 2 red apples
  • 2 green Apples
  • Lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • Coconut Oil
  • 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Goji Berries
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut


  1. Slice Apples 1/4 inch thick from the stem to the bottom.
  2. You will not use the end pieces, but will still get 3 good pieces from each apple.
  3. Stick a skewer in the bottom middle part of the apple.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a double broiler over hot water with the coconut oil.
  5. Add the protein powder once melted together and stir.
  6. Dip the apples in the chocolate and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of topping of your choice.
