Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark

A clean protein bark that is out of this… swirled. Give our Fruit & Nut Protein Bark recipe a try this holiday season.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Orgain Simple Protein Powder - Creamy Chocolate
- 24 oz Lily’s Dark Chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
- 6 oz Lily’s White Chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
- ⅔ cup freeze dried raspberries
- ⅔ cups freeze dried strawberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- Cranberries
Instructions
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate over low heat, stirring regularly (make sure chocolate does not get above 90 degrees).
- Once melted, add Orgain.
- Repeat for white chocolate.
- Pour dark chocolate on cookie sheet and spread with spatula.
- Drizzle the white chocolate on top, swirling chocolates with a knife.
- Top with strawberries, raspberries, almonds, both seeds and sea salt.
- Let chill at room temperature, break into pieces and enjoy!
