Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Orgain Simple Protein Powder - Creamy Chocolate
  • 24 oz Lily’s Dark Chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
  • 6 oz Lily’s White Chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
  • ⅔ cup freeze dried raspberries
  • ⅔ cups freeze dried strawberries
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • Cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate over low heat, stirring regularly (make sure chocolate does not get above 90 degrees).
  3. Once melted, add Orgain.
  4. Repeat for white chocolate.
  5. Pour dark chocolate on cookie sheet and spread with spatula.
  6. Drizzle the white chocolate on top, swirling chocolates with a knife.
  7. Top with strawberries, raspberries, almonds, both seeds and sea salt.
  8. Let chill at room temperature, break into pieces and enjoy!
