Chai Latte Nut Butter

About this Recipe
Almonds and cashews come together in this vegan nut butter recipe with a hint of spice using our Chai Latte protein powder. Can be used as a dip, on toast, or in smoothies!
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Orgain Organic Protein™ Plant Based Protein Powder, Chai Latte
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 tbsp (plus extra as needed) Coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 and place raw cashews and almonds on large baking sheet. Toast for 15 minutes.
- Place slightly cooled nuts into food processor and blend for about 5 minutes until nuts have broken down into fine powder.
- Add protein powder and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
- Continue to blend, adding more oil until desired consistency
Eat straight, slather on bread, add to smoothies- the possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
