Chai Latte Nut Butter

Serves: Makes about 2 cups

Almonds and cashews come together in this vegan nut butter recipe with a hint of spice using our Chai Latte protein powder. Can be used as a dip, on toast, or in smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Orgain Organic Protein™ Plant Based Protein Powder, Chai Latte
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp (plus extra as needed) Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 and place raw cashews and almonds on large baking sheet. Toast for 15 minutes.
  2. Place slightly cooled nuts into food processor and blend for about 5 minutes until nuts have broken down into fine powder.
  3. Add protein powder and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
  4. Continue to blend, adding more oil until desired consistency

Eat straight, slather on bread, add to smoothies- the possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
