About this Recipe
Try this fun, no-bake birthday cake protein bar with just the perfect hint of sweetness. It’s packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with colorful sprinkles for a guilt-free celebration in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops of Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Birthday Cake flavor
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp organic sprinkles plus more for the top
- *3-4 tbsp milk if batter is too dry
Instructions
- Mix almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Add in oat flour, protein powder & mix until it forms a thick dough
- Optionally, add in 3-4 tbsp of any milk choice, if batter is too dry.
- Fold in sprinkles & flatten dough in a lined loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Press dough with the back of a spoon until it’s in an even layer.
- Sprinkle more sprinkles on top pressing down.
- Freeze for an hour.
- Remove from freezer and cut into bars or squares.
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
