Birthday Cake Protein Bars

About this Recipe

Try this fun, no-bake birthday cake protein bar with just the perfect hint of sweetness. It’s packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with colorful sprinkles for a guilt-free celebration in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Birthday Cake flavor
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp organic sprinkles plus more for the top
  • *3-4 tbsp milk if batter is too dry

Instructions

  1. Mix almond butter, maple syrup & vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add in oat flour, protein powder & mix until it forms a thick dough
  3. Optionally, add in 3-4 tbsp of any milk choice, if batter is too dry.
  4. Fold in sprinkles & flatten dough in a lined loaf pan with parchment paper.
  5. Press dough with the back of a spoon until it’s in an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle more sprinkles on top pressing down.
  7. Freeze for an hour.
  8. Remove from freezer and cut into bars or squares.
  9. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
