Synergistic Mushroom Blend*: Our formulation contains a unique blend of cordyceps, lions mane, and reishi mushrooms. Preliminary research suggests these mushrooms may augment and regulate the body’s immune system.2

Immune Supporting Nutrients: Each serving delivers an excellent source of vitamin C (200% DV), vitamin D (125% DV), zinc (140% DV) and selenium (40% DV), nutrients that may help boost immune-system barriers.3

Vitamin D3*: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), one of two major forms of vitamin D, has been shown to be three times more potent than vitamin D2 by binding to protein receptors in your body more effectively. This makes if more effective at improving vitamin D status for optimal health.7

Organic Olive Oil*: Fat-soluble Vitamin D3 is delivered in an organic olive oil base to optimize absorption.

Why is Vitamin D important?
Its benefits are beyond measurable, but before we dive into that, let’s clear one thing up – vitamin D isn’t technically a vitamin. It’s a fat-soluble hormone that our body makes on its own, but if we aren’t making enough, we need to turn to supplements to meet daily requirements. Why? Because sunlight exposure and dietary intake alone are usually insufficient in most individuals.

Vitamin D is one of many “vitamins” our bodies need to stay healthy. Adequate intake is linked to numerous health benefits due to its ability to influence genetic expression. Some of those benefits include8:

Why are omega-3’s important?
Omega-3’s are essential for human health, much like certain vitamins and minerals are essential. Two of the most important omega-3 fatty acids are EPA and DHA due to their broad cardiovascular and neurological benefits.† Despite this, there is no official recommended daily allowance for EPA and DHA to date. However, many health organizations recommend a minimum of 1-2 servings of oily fish per week to help achieve appropriate omega-3 fatty acids levels in the body beneficial for health.
