Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 bread pan.
  2. Puree oats in a blender until flour like consistency. Mix in dry ingredients.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, banana, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract, until combined. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the bread pan and spread evenly. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
