- 2 15oz cans chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- ½ scoop Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder - Chocolate
- sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Open two cans of chickpeas, drain and rinse. Oil a sheet tray with coconut oil (it’s okay if the coconut oil is solid, it’ll melt!).
- Spread chickpeas on pan and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them and shake the tray every 3-5 minutes.
- Once the chickpeas are roasted, dump into bowl and toss with Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder - Chocolate and sea salt. Serve and enjoy!
