The best part of any vacation? Making time for yourself! Any one of these workouts are a great way to get in some “you” time and enjoy your surroundings. Vacations are a time to relax and get away from the hectic day-to-day. And while you should embrace some serious R&R, you’ll return to work more relaxed and enjoy that late-afternoon beachfront cocktail that much more if you know you did your body some good too. Tabata workouts have gained some serious attention over the last few years and for good reason -- heart thumping, equipment free, and customizable is where it’s at, especially when on vacation! The format stays the same but the moves can always change. The structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
