The 50 superfoods blend per scoop is not meant to replace for example several servings of broccoli. It is meant to be a complement to, not a replacement for, a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of whole fruits and vegetables. We still recommend eating plenty of organic fruits and vegetables.

Combine this protein powder with a serving of fruit and/or vegetables along with a nutritious nut milk and healthy fat and you have a meal replacement.
