Do all flavors in the Orgain Protein Variety Sachet Pack have the same nutrition facts and calories?
Each flavor provides 150 calories and 21g of plant-based protein per serving. Other nutrients, such as fat, dietary fiber, and micronutrients, may vary slightly by flavor.
What is a serving of the Organic Plant Protein packets? How should I prepare it?
One serving is one full sachet packet (46g of powder), delivering 21g of plant-based protein and 150 calories. For a full serving, add the packet to 12-16 ounces of water, milk, or liquid of your choice, and shake in a shaker cup or prepare in a blender. To prevent clumping, always be sure to put the liquid into the container first, with the powder added on top.
Can I share my shake or smoothie with my child?
Yes! It is perfectly okay for a child to consume. As a general guideline, we recommend reducing the serving size to more closely suit the moderate protein needs of a child. For children between the ages of 2 and 4 we recommend decreasing the serving to 1/4 serving (half a scoop) and for children from 4-12 years old to 1/2 serving (1 scoop).
