Sign in to your Orgain.com account. Next, select “View Rewards” to see your point balance. From time to time, we’ll also email you your point balance, if you’ve opted in to receive Orgain emails.

Yes, you have a max of 365 days to use your earned points. For points earned on or before June 29, 2025, points expire 12 months from June 29, 2025. For points earned on or, after June 30, 2025, points expire 12-months from the date they were earned.

With few exceptions, Reward Tier benefits are valid for 12 months from the date you entered a new tier. In exception, “Bonus Rewards” may be used for a limited time only. For Bonus Rewards, the eligible usage period is communicated at time of the reward is earned.
