About this Recipe

Juicy, sweet watermelon and bold matcha join forces in this colorful, antioxidant-rich drink. Finished with a vanilla protein shake, it’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1 oz (30 ml) water
  • 1–2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 Orgain Organic Nutrition Shake in Sweet Vanilla Bean
  • Ice
  • 1 tsp agave nectar – to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the watermelon, water & agave nectar (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then strain (optional for a smoother texture).
  3. In a separate bowl, sift your matcha powder & add ~2 oz of Nutrition Shake & whisk until foamy & clumps have dissolved.
  4. Add in the rest of your shake & whisk lightly to combine.
  5. Enjoy over ice.
