Ingredients
- 1 5oz container of strawberry yogurt
- 1 scoop Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Strawberries & Cream
- 1-2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp sifted matcha powder
- Handful of crushed, freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
- Stir in Strawberry protein powder, chia seeds & strawberries into yogurt.
- Melt white chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil & heat for 20-40 sec until softened.
- Stir in matcha powder & pour over yogurt.
- Top with crushed freeze dried strawberries & flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 5-10 min until top is hardened.
