Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened milk
- 1 scoop Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Unsweetened
- ¼ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp green onions
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of garlic powder
Optional Toppings
- Cheddar cheese
- Bacon
- Chili oil
- Green onions
- Avocado slices
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add unsweetened protein powder, flour, baking powder, cheese, and seasonings.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until golden (3–4 minutes on average).
- Add toppings of choice like avocado, chili oil, cottage cheese, bacon, or your favorite toppings.
