Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened milk
  • 1 scoop Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Unsweetened
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp green onions
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of garlic powder

Optional Toppings

  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bacon
  • Chili oil
  • Green onions
  • Avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add unsweetened protein powder, flour, baking powder, cheese, and seasonings.
  4. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into waffle maker and cook until golden (3–4 minutes on average).
  6. Add toppings of choice like avocado, chili oil, cottage cheese, bacon, or your favorite toppings.
