- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup nut butter
- ½ cup Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 TBS maple or coconut sugar
- Optional mix ins: ½ cup crushed walnuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until well combined and sticky, scraping down the sides as needed to recombine.
- Roll into ~1 TBS balls with your hands and roll balls in optional maple or coconut sugar. Transfer balls to the freezer for a chilled treat or enjoy at room temp!
