About this Recipe
Surprise a loved one with a frosty blend of espresso, peppermint cocoa, and creamy coconut whip, finished with a candy cane crunch. A merry swirl of festive flavors this Peppermint Cloud Latte delivers the season in a very chilled holiday vibe.
Ingredients
- 4 oz (120 ml) espresso
- 2 scoops Orgain Peppermint Hot Cocoa Protein Powder
- 16 oz (475 ml) milk of choice
- Cubed ice
- 2 oz (60 ml) non-dairy heavy cream (recommended: coconut whipping cream)
- 1 tbsp crushed candy canes
- 1 candy cane for garnish
Optional Décor
- Plastic food-grade bucket
- Paper striped straws
- Thin satin ribbon in color of choice
Instructions
- Add your espresso and Orgain Peppermint Hot Cocoa Protein Powder to your bucket and stir to combine.
- Next, add the milk and ice and stir again.
- Froth your heavy cream for around 30–45 seconds until it becomes thick but still pourable.
- Slowly pour over your latte to create a fluffy cloud-like top.
- Garnish with crushed candy canes.
- Optional – for an extra festive look, hang a candy cane on the outside and add in an optional striped straw and ribbon.
- Sip and enjoy!
