  • 1 Orgain Vanilla Ready to Drink Protein Shake
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • zest 1 meyer lemon (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Toppings: additional Meyer lemon zest, toasted unsweetened coconut shreds, crushed pistachios



  • Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a glass jar and stir well until completely incorporated.
  • Place in fridge. After 10 minutes, stir again.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Before eating, stir to make sure chia seeds are distributed evenly.
  • Top with desired toppings and enjoy chilled.
