Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup cooled coffee
- 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 2 scoops Orgain Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- dash of cinnamom
- dash of pumpkin pie spice
- dash of nutmeg
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until well incorporated and creamy. Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon.
