
Dark Chocolate Banana Protein Peanut Bites

Indulge guilt-free with a homemade candy bar that is packed with rich dark chocolate, sweet banana, crunchy peanuts, and a boost of organic plant protein. It’s the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth while fueling your muscles and giving you a little energy lift—all the yum, none of the crash!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate melted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop Orgain Nut Butter Protein Powder, Peanut Nut Butter
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts
- 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil (optional)
- Flaky or coarse sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth. Optionally, add 1 tsp of liquid coconut oil to your chocolate for a smoother consistency.
- In a silicon mold add 1–2 tsp of melted chocolate.
- Next add in slices of banana on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter with protein powder.
- In the mold, add in the peanut butter and protein mixture on top of the bananas.
- Sprinkle in some of the peanuts pressing it into the peanut butter.
- Add the rest of the melted chocolate evenly. Optionally, lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
- Let it set in the freezer
