About this Recipe
Refreshingly crisp and hydrating, this clean-ingredient electrolyte drink blends cool cucumber, zesty lime, and refreshing coconut water for a light, invigorating sip. Infused with creatine, for muscle recovery and brain health support it’s a naturally hydrating option to help you feed both body and mind.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 oz lime juice [or the juice from 1 lime]
- 4 oz coconut water
- 2 oz water
- 2-3 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1 scoop Orgain Creatine Monohydrate
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients (except ice) to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain into an ice-filled cup.
- Enjoy!
