Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 oz lime juice [or the juice from 1 lime]
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz water
  • 2-3 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop Orgain Creatine Monohydrate
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except ice) to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled cup.
